Power Vinyasa is a refreshing class, as it rejuvenates the body and helps focus the mind. Basic alignment is playfully instructed to build strength in the vinyasa flow and warrior stances. The sequence also includes restorative stretches and twists to settle the nervous system. The class is open to all experience levels.

HIIT Drake

HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong. 

Zumba
Evelyn

Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body. Some popular genres in my class are reggaeton, pop, hip-hop, cumbia, merengue and more! No dancing experience is necessary, just move your body and let the music lead you. Stop by. Try something different; I guarantee you will have a blast!

Chisel and Sculpt Roman

This routine pairs heavy weights with low reps, the perfect power couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to torch body fat and sculpt your bod. Suited for all levels and will get you to reach your fitness goals!

Evening Cardio Strength Training

This class encompasses weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This class targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be done with high intensity and high energy. It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss.

His class is a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise. This class is designed to change each week to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. We utilize a mix of free weights, resistance bands, med balls, weighted bars, steps and BOSU balls. It is suited for a beginner to a fitness fanatic- as you set your own bar for how hard you want to push! The class is offered on Tuesdays, bright and early at 7am.

Circuit Ryan

This class is a total body workout! We will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength. Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout-- meaning a full body challenge, and none of the boredom that can come with repetitive exercises. Plus, circuit training has all the metabolism and mood boosting benefits of standard resistance training-- just in a quicker format.

Pump + Plyos
Ryan

This class combines resistance training with plyometric moves to improve your strength and power. Plyometric, or “jump training,” can help improve athletic performance, endurance, and will definitely make you sweat. While this class does utilize a lot of jumping exercises, your instructor will offer low-impact modifications for students to use as needed. By combining strength and power training moves, this workout will help you burn fat, build strength, and leave you feeling awesome.

This class is designed around cardio kickboxing and toning. This is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Throughout this workout you’ll find a variety of movements such as jabs, hooks, uppercuts, front kicks, sidekicks and even a roundhouse kick or two tossed into the mix- all while listening to heart pounding music

This class focuses on the lower extremities and core. The routines feature interval training with upbeat music and great company. The moves target the commonly referred to “troubled areas”. Come join us for an awesome workout, while get your bod in great shape.

Class proceeds to target every area with a full body work out engaging entire abdominal core, legs (inner, outer thigh), arms (triceps, rotator cuff, trapezius) including building strength through lower lumber. Exercises also include various uses of apparatus varying from 'magic circle', 'weights', 'stretch bands' and of course our own body...there are always many options to teach effective classes.

Foam and Flex   Ryan

Ideal for anyone looking to improve their posture, help their body recover from other workouts, and anyone who just wants to increase their flexibility. The “foam” in the class title stands for foam rolling, a type of self-myofascial release, and a fitness technique with many benefits. Foam rolling can increase blood flow, improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and decrease injury risks associated with other types of exercise. This class will also utilize static stretching for a workout that will leave you feeling lengthened, relaxed, and ready for your next fitness challenge.

Enjoy dancing to up-beat music, while learning body awareness, coordination, rhythm, and stylized jazz choreography. Class includes warm-ups, floor stretches, across-the-floor exercises, and a short routine and is focused on proper technique, self-expression, and high energy movements. Across the floor exercises are repeated each class to promote familiarity with the style and develop a core set of movements to integrate into the routines! Come ready to have a good time and if you can walk, you can dance!

Cardio Kickboxing Ryan

A martial arts style cardio workout that will help you improve endurance and coordination. Learn proper techniques for punches and kicks in this non- contact class. This workout will challenge your stamina and coordination-- and get your heart racing-- as we layer moves together into kickboxing combos. All levels welcome, no gloves needed.
