R.I.P.P.E.D. - Complete and total body workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance - all components of R.I.P.P.E.D. will help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

TURBO KICK – High Energy, Action Packed with Kickboxing Style!  You will sweat!  during this energizing kickboxing based cardio workout.  Whether you are a new kickboxer or have previous experience, this class will teach you  some new moves!

Zumba - Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Cardio Circut
– Spice up your cardio workouts with this circuit style class. Experience variety and fun in this heart pumpin’ and calorie burning class.

Cardio Blast -  Sweat, Burn Calories and improve coordination in this 40 minute pure cardio workout

Cardio Core -  Sweat, Burn Calories in this cardio class with the addition of complete core work.

Cardio Kickboxing -  Martial arts style cardio workout to help you develop a strong mind and body connection.  Learn proper technique for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility.  No experience necessary!

Circuit Training -  Total body workout circuit style.  This class offers stations of cardio, strength, plyometric and core training focus.  Maximize calorie burn and total body training.

Complete Core – Focus in on your core strength and stability.  This class is total core work.  Exercises, drills and balance drills to train your inner core.  Don’t be afraid to sweat!!!

Foam Roll Fit - 45 minute class designed to release tension and lengthen muscles throughout your body. we spend the majority of class on the foam roller, working our way through lower body, upper body, and the core. We finish with various full body stretches, installing that lengthened and tension free feeling.

Hip Hop Fitness – Exercise in the form of high energy dance moves.  Learn hip hop moves, burn calories. Complete with core exercise!

Plus - When you see this word you get an extra section thrown- Abs, core, balance work.

Pump it! – Train for strength results with an emphasis on good form and functional, qualitative movements! You’ll primarily use free weights and gravity as resistance with some stability balls and bands thrown in.

Pump & Plyos – This class combines all the benefits of a Pump workout with plyometric drills to maximize anaerobic training, power and calorie burining. Class style will vary to offer benefits of cross training.  All levels welcome.

Step Interval – If you like to pack in a time-efficient cardio and strength workout over lunch, then get ready to step, then work free-weights in timed intervals.  The step patterns will be simple; the weights will focus on upper body muscular endurance.
