PILATES – Pilates is a form of body conditioning movements that strengthen and stretch muscles to promote complete conditioning. Emphasis is on concentration, smooth controlled movements, correct body alignment, and proper breathing. Through Pilates you’ll work on the deep muscles of the abdomen, lower back and buttocks allowing the rest of your body to move safely and efficiently in athletic endeavors, dance and daily life.
