Yoga Nights

You are cordially invited to get zenned out of your mind. Each quarter, the Department of Recreation and Life of the Party host Yoga Nights, a free evening yoga class offered to students to help them de-stress, recharge, and get zenned! With free snacks, prize giveaways, and interactive socials, this is not your average yoga class. Yoga Nights aims to increase mental and physical wellness among the community, and always draws a big turnout. No experience is necessary in this friendly environment— everyone is welcome! Held in the Rec Cen Pavilion Gym, there’s plenty of room for beginners and yogis alike. Bring your Student ID and a yoga mat if you have one.
