Mindful Mondays

Breathe in… breathe out. Let go of your thoughts. Let yourself be still. Focus your senses on your breath as it enters your body and fills you with life. Now watch it flow out as your energy disperses into the world. You have just taken your first steps into mindfulness.

Come find your center at our quarterly event, Mindful Monday. Here, students are encouraged to practice the art of mindfulness, by being fully present in the moment and aware of one’s surroundings. De-stress by engaging in new activities like yoga, tai chi, acroyoga, motivational speaker sessions, and more. Partnered with UCSB Health and Wellness and Housing and Residential Services, each event is paired with either a fun social, free food or prize giveaways! Mindful Monday is a great way to relax, meet new friends, and increase your well-being. Join in and try something new, because there is no experience necessary!

Join us in the Loma Pelona center on Monday May 22nd for a night of wellness with the latest installation of Mindful Mondays!

Class will kick off at 5pm, followed by a social and snacks at 6pm. There will be awesome giveaways taking place with the potential to win Group Fitness and Gaucho Rec classes- you won't want to miss it!
